【摘要】：加強(qiáng)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部作風(fēng)建設(shè)是中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨治黨治國(guó)的重要舉措,實(shí)施"八項(xiàng)規(guī)定"和群眾路線教育實(shí)踐活動(dòng)是加強(qiáng)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部作風(fēng)建設(shè)的具體途徑。對(duì)一些高校的調(diào)查分析表明,領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部作風(fēng)問題存在著從顯性向隱性轉(zhuǎn)變的趨勢(shì)。為此,要切實(shí)對(duì)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部作風(fēng)隱性問題與顯性問題同時(shí)治理,把作風(fēng)機(jī)制、作風(fēng)監(jiān)控、作風(fēng)法制作為作風(fēng)建設(shè)的重要內(nèi)容,真正實(shí)現(xiàn)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部勤政、清廉、親民,進(jìn)而提高作風(fēng)建設(shè)實(shí)效。
[Abstract]:Strengthening the construction of leading cadres' style of work is an important measure for the Communist Party of China to run the country. The implementation of the "eight regulations" and the practice of mass line education is the concrete way to strengthen the construction of leading cadres' style of work. The investigation and analysis of some colleges and universities show that the problem of leading cadres'style of work is changing from overt to recessive. To this end, it is necessary to effectively address both implicit and overt problems of leading cadres' style of work, regard style mechanism, style monitoring, and style and legal system as an important part of style building, and truly realize that leading cadres are diligent, clean and honest, and are friendly to the people. Then improve the actual effect of style construction.
