蔡和森的“紙老虎”理論考辨

【摘要】：蔡和森在《向?qū)А钒l(fā)表的文章中多次使用"紙老虎"概念,因此一些研究者認(rèn)為,蔡和森"明確地把帝國主義和反動派看成是經(jīng)不起群眾及其武裝打擊的紙老虎",他在黨內(nèi)最早提出帝國主義是紙老虎的理論。其實,蔡和森在中共報刊上最早使用"紙老虎"一詞,但并非"帝國主義是紙老虎"的觀點的最早提出者。從現(xiàn)存蔡和森文獻(xiàn)資料來看,至少有九次關(guān)于"紙老虎"的表述,主要指稱商團軍隊或工農(nóng)勢力,但是既沒有說明"紙老虎"的由來,也沒有闡述"紙老虎"的內(nèi)涵和本質(zhì)屬性,只是借用當(dāng)時流行的"紙老虎"一詞來形象地說明一種外強中干的政治勢力或群體,尚不具有完整明確的理論意義,更談不上形成一個理論體系,因此不能說已經(jīng)形成"紙老虎"理論。蔡和森堅決徹底地宣傳反帝國主義,但是從未宣傳帝國主義是"紙老虎",大致與他密切關(guān)注國際帝國主義野蠻酷烈的侵略中國的事實,并運用來宣傳反帝國主義的斗爭策略有關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Cai Hesen has used the concept of "paper tiger" many times in his articles published in the Guide, so some researchers believe that Cai Hesen "clearly regards imperialism and the reactionaries as paper tigers that cannot withstand the attack of the masses and their armed forces", and he first put forward the theory that imperialism is a paper tiger in the Party. In fact, Cai Hesen first used the term "paper tiger" in the Chinese Communist press, but was not the first to put forward the view that "imperialism is a paper tiger." According to the existing Cai Hesen literature, there are at least nine statements about the "paper tiger", mainly referring to the military forces of commercial groups or the forces of workers and peasants, but it does not explain the origin of the "paper tigers." Nor has it expounded the connotation and essential attributes of the "paper tiger". It is only to use the popular word "paper tiger" at that time to vividly explain a kind of political force or group of foreign powers, which is not yet of complete and clear theoretical significance. Not to mention the formation of a theoretical system, so can not be said to have formed the "paper tiger" theory. Cai Hesen resolutely and thoroughly propagandized anti-imperialism, but never propaganda that imperialism is a "paper tiger," and paid close attention to the brutal and brutal invasion of China by international imperialism. And use it to propagandize the tactics of anti-imperialist struggle.
