【摘要】：正當(dāng)前,有極少數(shù)地方和單位在用人導(dǎo)向上出現(xiàn)了偏差,用"閑"者而不用"賢"者。有的察人不準(zhǔn),用"閑"代"賢",錯(cuò)把那些為自己仕途升遷打牢基礎(chǔ)、避免過早暴露才華而引起領(lǐng)導(dǎo)猜忌和競爭對(duì)手關(guān)注、只完成一把手交代的工作而對(duì)其他工作不聞不問、有意裝"閑"者的干部,當(dāng)作"賢"者來用;錯(cuò)把那些一心討好領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、能為領(lǐng)導(dǎo)辦事,但不敢擔(dān)當(dāng)、不敢作
[Abstract]:Some inspectors are not allowed to use "leisure" instead of "virtuous". They mistakenly lay a solid foundation for the promotion of their official career, avoid premature exposure of talent and arouse suspicion of leaders and concern of competitors, and only complete the work assigned by the first-class to other workers. Cadres who disregard and pretend to be idle are used as "virtuous" cadres; those who are bent on flattering the leadership and can do things for the leadership are mistaken, but they dare not undertake and dare not do so.
