【摘要】：正當(dāng)前,有極少數(shù)地方和單位在用人導(dǎo)向上出現(xiàn)了偏差,用"閑"者而不用"賢"者。有的察人不準(zhǔn),用"閑"代"賢",錯(cuò)把那些為自己仕途升遷打牢基礎(chǔ)、避免過早暴露才華而引起領(lǐng)導(dǎo)猜忌和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手關(guān)注、只完成一把手交代的工作而對(duì)其他工作不聞不問、有意裝"閑"者的干部,當(dāng)作"賢"者來用;錯(cuò)把那些一心討好領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、能為領(lǐng)導(dǎo)辦事,但不敢擔(dān)當(dāng)、不敢作
[Abstract]:At present, very few places and units have deviated in the orientation of personnel, using "idle" rather than "virtuous". Some people are not allowed to use "leisure" to replace "virtuous", wrongly lay a solid foundation for their career advancement, avoid exposing their talents too early and cause suspicion and concern of their competitors, and only complete the work assigned to them by the top management and ignore other jobs. Cadres who deliberately pretend to be "idle" will be treated as "virtuous"; they will be mistaken for those who are bent on courting the leadership and can do things for the leaders, but they dare not take up the responsibility and do not dare to do it.
