【摘要】：推進脫貧攻堅工作,是黨中央實現(xiàn)全面建成小康社會戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)的重要舉措,也是推進新時期黨的建設(shè)工作的有力抓手。淄博市作為全國6個扶貧改革試驗區(qū)之一,研究該市在脫貧攻堅工作方面的相關(guān)情況有一定的借鑒意義。本文通過相關(guān)實地調(diào)研,從提高黨員認(rèn)識、有效科學(xué)規(guī)劃、創(chuàng)新扶貧模式、完善工作保障、強化組織建設(shè)等五個方面,提出了探索抓黨建促脫貧的創(chuàng)新模式,期望在切實發(fā)揮黨的組織優(yōu)勢,促進脫貧工作順利開展的工作中能有一定的啟發(fā)作用。
[Abstract]:It is an important measure for the CPC Central Committee to realize the strategic goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way, and is also a powerful hand in pushing forward the Party building in the new period. Zibo City is one of the six poverty alleviation reform experimental areas in China. Through the relevant field investigation, this paper puts forward the innovative mode of promoting the Party building to extricate poverty from the five aspects of improving the Party members' understanding, effective scientific planning, innovating the poverty alleviation model, perfecting the job security, strengthening the organization construction, etc. It is hoped that the work of giving full play to the organizational advantages of the Party and promoting the smooth development of the work of poverty eradication will have a certain enlightening effect.
