【摘要】：現(xiàn)階段隨著改革的深入發(fā)展,城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程的逐步加快,農(nóng)村流動(dòng)人口日趨增多,給農(nóng)村的發(fā)展帶來(lái)一些機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn)。農(nóng)村基層黨組織是黨在農(nóng)村的戰(zhàn)斗前鋒、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)核心,全面從嚴(yán)治黨的提出對(duì)農(nóng)村基層黨組織建設(shè)提出了新的要求,所以在此新形勢(shì)下研究農(nóng)村基層黨組織建設(shè),對(duì)夯實(shí)黨在農(nóng)村的執(zhí)政基礎(chǔ)具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文從全面從嚴(yán)治黨的角度出發(fā),闡述了全面從嚴(yán)治黨對(duì)農(nóng)村基層黨建工作的要求以及農(nóng)村基層黨建的重要性,對(duì)現(xiàn)階段我國(guó)農(nóng)村基層黨組織建設(shè)存在的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行原因分析,并依據(jù)全面從嚴(yán)治黨思想提出相應(yīng)的建議,以期更好的實(shí)現(xiàn)新農(nóng)村的建設(shè),實(shí)現(xiàn)雙百年的奮斗目標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:With the deepening development of reform and the acceleration of urbanization at present, the floating population in rural areas is increasing day by day, which brings some opportunities and challenges to the development of rural areas. Rural grassroots Party organizations are the vanguard of the Party's combat in rural areas, leading the core, and the proposal to comprehensively and strictly administer the Party puts forward new requirements for the construction of rural grass-roots Party organizations. Therefore, under this new situation, the study of rural grass-roots Party organization construction, To tamp the ruling foundation of the Party in rural areas has important practical significance. From the point of view of managing the party strictly, this paper expounds the requirements of the party building in rural areas and the importance of the party building at the rural grass-roots level, and analyzes the causes of the problems existing in the construction of the rural grass-roots party organizations in China at the present stage. In order to realize the construction of new countryside and achieve the goal of double hundred years, the author puts forward corresponding suggestions according to the thought of ruling the Party in a comprehensive and strict way.
