【摘要】：培養(yǎng)中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義事業(yè)的合格建設(shè)者和可靠接班人是高校大學(xué)生黨建工作的根本任務(wù)。隨著國(guó)內(nèi)外形勢(shì)的不斷變化與信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)化的不斷發(fā)展,如何培育出能夠在復(fù)雜多變的社會(huì)思潮中,堅(jiān)定政治立場(chǎng)并成為德才兼?zhèn)涞母咚刭|(zhì)青年人才,對(duì)我國(guó)實(shí)現(xiàn)中華民族偉大復(fù)興具有重大意義。改革開放以來,高校大學(xué)生黨建工作有長(zhǎng)足的發(fā)展,但仍然存在一些問題亟待解決。如何順應(yīng)新形勢(shì)的發(fā)展變化,探求能夠解決新疆高校大學(xué)生黨建工作問題的有效對(duì)策至關(guān)重要。本文主要圍繞全國(guó)第23次高校黨建工作會(huì)議、黨的十八屆六中全會(huì)關(guān)于高校黨建的最新最全面的表述,從新疆高校大學(xué)生黨建工作的內(nèi)涵入手,然后對(duì)新疆高校大學(xué)生黨建工作的現(xiàn)狀開展調(diào)研分析,論文總共分為四個(gè)部分:第一部分:引言部分,簡(jiǎn)述研究背景、研究意義、國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀、研究方法、重難點(diǎn)與創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)等;第二部分:主要?dú)w納高校大學(xué)生黨建的基本內(nèi)容與加強(qiáng)新疆高校大學(xué)生黨建工作的重要意義;第三部分:采取實(shí)地調(diào)研和訪談兩種方式對(duì)新形勢(shì)下新疆五所高校大學(xué)生黨建工作的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行調(diào)研,主要是對(duì)新疆高校大學(xué)生的黨員與非黨員發(fā)放調(diào)查問卷、借參與自治區(qū)高校黨支部書記培訓(xùn)班之際與部分高校黨支部書記進(jìn)行訪談,從中獲得研究素材,在調(diào)研中總結(jié)出新疆高校大學(xué)生黨建工作的成績(jī)以及存在的問題;第四部分:根據(jù)發(fā)現(xiàn)的問題提出更有針對(duì)性的加強(qiáng)新疆高校大學(xué)生黨建工作的對(duì)策建議:1.創(chuàng)新黨建理念,豐富思想教育的內(nèi)容;2.加強(qiáng)組織建設(shè),拓寬黨建工作載體;3.加強(qiáng)作風(fēng)建設(shè),提高人員素質(zhì);4.加強(qiáng)制度建設(shè),建立黨建長(zhǎng)效機(jī)制。
[Abstract]:Cultivating qualified constructors and reliable successors of socialism with Chinese characteristics is the fundamental task of college students' party building. With the constant changes of the situation at home and abroad and the continuous development of information network, how to cultivate young talents with high quality, who can strengthen their political stand and become both virtuous and talented in the complex and changeable social trend of thought, It is of great significance to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation in our country. Since the reform and opening up, the party building of college students has made great progress, but there are still some problems to be solved. How to adapt to the development and change of the new situation, it is very important to explore the effective countermeasures to solve the problem of the party building of university students in Xinjiang. This paper mainly focuses on the 23rd National Conference on Party Building in Colleges and Universities, the latest and most comprehensive statement of the sixth Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee on the Party building in colleges and universities, starting with the connotation of the Party building work for college students in Xinjiang. The thesis is divided into four parts: the first part: the introduction, the research background, the significance of the research, the current research situation at home and abroad, the research methods. The second part mainly summarizes the basic contents of college students' party building and the significance of strengthening the work of Xinjiang university students' party building. The third part: adopting the field investigation and interview to investigate the current situation of the party building work of the college students in five universities in Xinjiang under the new situation, mainly distributing the questionnaire to the party members and non-party members of the university students in Xinjiang. By taking part in the training course of the Party branch secretaries of the autonomous region colleges and universities, we can interview the party secretaries of some colleges and universities, and obtain the research materials from which we can find out the achievements and problems of the party building work of the college students in Xinjiang. The fourth part: according to the discovered problems, put forward more targeted countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen the party building work of university students in Xinjiang. Innovate the concept of party building, enrich the content of ideological education. Strengthen the organization construction, widen the carrier of the party building work. Strengthen the construction of style, improve the quality of personnel. Strengthen system construction, establish the long-term effect mechanism of party building.
