【摘要】：正如皋市將基層服務(wù)型黨組織建設(shè)作為全市基層黨建工作的主抓手,根據(jù)不同領(lǐng)域基層黨組織的特點(diǎn),分類有序推進(jìn),努力實(shí)現(xiàn)"民得實(shí)惠,黨得民心",有效地推進(jìn)了黨的建設(shè)偉大工程。在如皋的諸多實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)中,把基層服務(wù)型黨組織建設(shè)與服務(wù)型政府的建設(shè)結(jié)合起來(lái)的做法尤其值得稱道。一是橫向到邊、縱向到底的"五服務(wù)",找到了服務(wù)群眾、基層自治的關(guān)鍵點(diǎn)。如皋建設(shè)服務(wù)型黨組織堅(jiān)持強(qiáng)化以"服務(wù)"為核心的功能定位,確立了"服務(wù)改革、服務(wù)發(fā)展、服務(wù)民
[Abstract]:Zhengrugao regards the construction of grass-roots service-oriented party organizations as the main grasp of the grass-roots party building work in the city. According to the characteristics of the grass-roots party organizations in different fields, it is promoted in an orderly and classified manner in an effort to realize the "people's benefits," The Party has won the support of the people and effectively advanced the great project of party building. Among Rugao's many practical experiences, it is especially commendable to combine the construction of grass-roots service-oriented party organizations with the construction of service-oriented government. First, horizontal to side, vertical to the end of the "five services," found to serve the masses, grass-roots autonomy key points. The construction of service-oriented party organizations in Rugao insisted on strengthening the functional orientation of "service" as the core, and established "service reform, service development, and service to the people".
