【摘要】：高校輔導(dǎo)員隊(duì)伍是高校學(xué)生日常管理和教育工作得以正常開展的基本保障,而高校輔導(dǎo)員隊(duì)伍作風(fēng)建設(shè)則是高校輔導(dǎo)員隊(duì)伍建設(shè)的重要一環(huán),使高校輔導(dǎo)員的思想作風(fēng)、工作作風(fēng)和生活作風(fēng)的正確性得以保證。黨性是高校輔導(dǎo)員隊(duì)伍的內(nèi)在特征之一,對此高校輔導(dǎo)員不僅要以教師的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)嚴(yán)以律己、為人師表,更要以中國共產(chǎn)黨員的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)加強(qiáng)自身作風(fēng)建設(shè),“堅(jiān)決克服形式主義、官僚主義、以優(yōu)良黨風(fēng)凝聚黨心民心、帶動政風(fēng)民風(fēng)”。對此高校輔導(dǎo)員隊(duì)伍在作風(fēng)建設(shè)之中要密切聯(lián)系群眾、團(tuán)結(jié)群眾、深入群眾、傾聽群眾、服務(wù)群眾,杜絕狹隘的脫離群眾的這種作風(fēng)觀念,使群眾的心聲和價(jià)值述求得以表達(dá),從而使高校輔導(dǎo)員隊(duì)伍作風(fēng)建設(shè)得以和諧推進(jìn)、發(fā)展。就現(xiàn)狀而言,高校輔導(dǎo)員隊(duì)伍作風(fēng)建設(shè)仍有所欠缺,如何以中國共產(chǎn)黨的作風(fēng)建設(shè)為榜樣,在市場經(jīng)濟(jì)快速發(fā)展的背景之下,加快高校輔導(dǎo)員隊(duì)伍作風(fēng)建設(shè)已成為十分值得研究的課題。馬克思主義群眾觀是被實(shí)踐所證明了的正確的理論體系,在共產(chǎn)黨的作風(fēng)建設(shè)之中發(fā)揮了重要作用。本文以馬克思主義群眾觀為理論依據(jù),并以重慶高校輔導(dǎo)員隊(duì)伍作風(fēng)建設(shè)的問卷調(diào)查為現(xiàn)實(shí)依據(jù),試圖探究出馬克思主義群眾觀視野下高校輔導(dǎo)員隊(duì)伍作風(fēng)建設(shè)的實(shí)現(xiàn)路徑,從而為高校輔導(dǎo)員隊(duì)伍作風(fēng)建設(shè)提供具有借鑒意義的實(shí)踐依據(jù)�；谏鲜龅睦碚摵同F(xiàn)實(shí)基礎(chǔ),圍繞高校輔導(dǎo)員隊(duì)伍作風(fēng)建設(shè)這一核心內(nèi)容,本文的內(nèi)容可以劃分為五個(gè)主要部分：第一部分,導(dǎo)論。主要論述本文的選題背景與基本立意,國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀及本文的研究意義、思路、方法,研究的難點(diǎn)和創(chuàng)新。第二部分,高校輔導(dǎo)員隊(duì)伍作風(fēng)建設(shè)的理論基礎(chǔ)。這部分主要是為文章的提供理論依據(jù),對文章所需概念進(jìn)行科學(xué)界定,闡述馬克思主義群眾觀的科學(xué)內(nèi)涵以及馬克思主義群眾觀與高校輔導(dǎo)員隊(duì)伍作風(fēng)建設(shè)的內(nèi)在聯(lián)系。第二部分,高校輔導(dǎo)員隊(duì)伍作風(fēng)建設(shè)的政策依據(jù)。這部分主要是為文章提供政策保障,主要介紹了高校輔導(dǎo)員隊(duì)伍作風(fēng)建設(shè)相關(guān)的政策指導(dǎo)性文件。第四部分,當(dāng)前高校輔導(dǎo)員作風(fēng)的現(xiàn)實(shí)檢視——以重慶高校為例。這部分主要是為文章提供現(xiàn)實(shí)依據(jù),主要通過發(fā)放問卷對高校輔導(dǎo)員隊(duì)伍思想作風(fēng)、工作作風(fēng)、生活作風(fēng)三個(gè)方而的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行調(diào)查,并對在分析高校輔導(dǎo)員隊(duì)伍現(xiàn)存問題的基礎(chǔ)之上探究出高校輔導(dǎo)員隊(duì)伍作風(fēng)建設(shè)滯后的原因。第五部分,馬克思群眾觀視野下高校輔導(dǎo)員隊(duì)伍作風(fēng)建設(shè)的實(shí)現(xiàn)路徑。這部分也是文章的核心內(nèi)容所在,這部分主要針對問卷所得的高校輔導(dǎo)員隊(duì)伍作風(fēng)建設(shè)的現(xiàn)存問題展開探究,提出思想領(lǐng)先、機(jī)制創(chuàng)新、內(nèi)容優(yōu)化、服務(wù)全面四個(gè)有效優(yōu)化路徑。
[Abstract]:College counselors are the basic guarantee for the normal development of college students' daily management and education, and the construction of college counselors' style of work is an important part of the construction of college counselors' team, which makes the ideological style of college counselors' work style. The correctness of work style and life style can be guaranteed. Party spirit is one of the inherent characteristics of college counselors. Therefore, college counselors should not only be strict with their own teachers, but also strengthen their own style construction according to the standards of Chinese Communist Party members, "resolutely overcome formalism," Bureaucratism, with fine party spirit agglomerates the party's heart and the people's heart, drives the government style and the people's style ". In view of this, the contingent of college counselors should be closely connected with the masses, unite with the masses, go deep into the masses, listen to the masses, serve the masses, put an end to the narrow idea of breaking away from the masses in their style of work, so that the aspirations and value statements of the masses can be expressed. Thus, the work style construction of college counselors can be promoted and developed harmoniously. As far as the present situation is concerned, the work style construction of college counselors is still lacking. How to take the style construction of the Communist Party of China as an example and under the background of the rapid development of market economy, Speeding up the work style construction of college counselors has become a topic worth studying. Marxist mass view is a correct theoretical system proved by practice and plays an important role in the construction of the Communist Party's style of work. Based on the Marxist view of the masses and the questionnaire survey of college counselors' work style construction in Chongqing, this paper attempts to explore the way to realize the construction of college counselors' style under the view of Marxist view of the masses. So as to provide a practical basis for the style construction of college counselors. Based on the above theoretical and practical basis, the content of this paper can be divided into five main parts: the first part, the introduction. This paper mainly discusses the background and basic idea of this topic, the current research situation at home and abroad and the significance, thought, method, difficulty and innovation of this paper. The second part is the theoretical basis of the style construction of college counselors. This part is mainly to provide the theoretical basis for the article, to scientifically define the concept needed in the article, to elaborate the scientific connotation of the Marxist view of the masses and the internal relationship between the Marxist view of the masses and the construction of the style of the college counselors. The second part is the policy basis of the style construction of college counselors. This part mainly provides the policy guarantee for the article, mainly introduces the policy guidance document related to the style construction of college counselors. The fourth part, the current college counselors'style of reality inspection-Chongqing University as an example. This part is mainly to provide practical basis for the article, mainly through the distribution of questionnaires to college counselors' ideological style, work style, life style and the current situation. On the basis of analyzing the existing problems of college counselors, this paper explores the reasons why the style construction of college counselors lags behind. The fifth part, the way to realize the style construction of college counselors under the view of Marx's view of the masses. This part is also the core content of the article. This part mainly aims at the existing problems in the construction of college counselors' style, and puts forward the idea leading, mechanism innovation, content optimization. The service is comprehensive and four effective optimization paths.
