【摘要】：萬(wàn)達(dá)集團(tuán)堅(jiān)持"企業(yè)發(fā)展到哪里,黨組織就建到哪里,黨的工作就開展到哪里"的原則,保證黨的建設(shè)與企業(yè)發(fā)展相融合,保證黨的組織與黨的工作"雙覆蓋"。在黨建工作中形成了獨(dú)具特色的"13551"黨建管理體系,為探索中國(guó)民企黨建之路做出了積極貢獻(xiàn)。
