【摘要】：黨的十八屆六中全會正式明確了黨的領導核心的地位。黨的十九大報告也指出,堅持黨中央權(quán)威和集中統(tǒng)一領導。這個命題的提出有其邏輯必然性,是國際共運發(fā)展和中共革命建設改革過程中正反兩方面經(jīng)驗的總結(jié);是應對國際國內(nèi)重大現(xiàn)實問題,破解諸多時代課題的迫切需要;也是在實踐層面歸納既有做法,更好地樹立領導核心的政治權(quán)威和法理權(quán)威的有力詮釋。本文擬對此命題的邏輯過程進行證成,形成一個相對合理的邏輯鏈條,以更清醒、更堅決地擁護"黨的領導核心"領導人民實現(xiàn)中華民族的偉大復興。
[Abstract]:The sixth Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee formally defined the position of the Party's leading core. The report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Party also pointed out that the authority of the CPC Central Committee and centralized and unified leadership should be adhered to. This proposition has its logical inevitability and is a summary of both positive and negative experiences in the process of the development of the international communist movement and the reform of the Communist Party of China, and is an urgent need to deal with the major practical problems at home and abroad and to solve many problems of the times. It also sums up the existing practice in practice and sets up the political authority and the legal authority of the leading core. This paper intends to prove the logical process of this proposition and form a relatively reasonable logical chain to support the "leading core of the Party" and lead the people to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation more soberly and resolutely.
