【摘要】：正習(xí)近平總書記強(qiáng)調(diào),要堅持思想建黨和制度治黨緊密結(jié)合,增強(qiáng)制度執(zhí)行力。全國組織部長會議明確提出,加強(qiáng)制度建設(shè),是最可靠、最有效、最持久的治黨方式。這就告訴我們,從嚴(yán)治黨既靠教育,也靠制度,二者要同向發(fā)力、同時發(fā)力。落實好全面從嚴(yán)治黨的部署和要求,必須以改革精神推進(jìn)黨的制度建設(shè),以法治思維和法治方式建制度、明法度、嚴(yán)約束,切實將制度治黨貫穿于黨建工作全過程,不斷提高管黨治黨水平。著力推進(jìn)黨的建設(shè)制度改革。依靠制度管黨治黨,是我們黨的一貫方針和根本要求,是我
[Abstract]:General Secretary Xi Jinping stressed that it is necessary to adhere to the close combination of ideological party building and institutional governance, and strengthen the system's executive power. The National Organization Ministers' Conference clearly put forward that strengthening the construction of the system is the most reliable, most effective, and the most lasting way to run the Party. This tells us that strict administration of the Party depends both on education and on the system, both of which must work in the same direction and at the same time. In order to implement the plan and requirements of managing the party in a comprehensive and strict manner, we must promote the party's institutional construction in the spirit of reform, build the system by the thinking of the rule of law and the way of ruling by law, be clear about the law, strictly restrict, and truly run the party through the whole process of party building. We will continue to improve the level of governing the Party and administering the Party. Efforts will be made to promote the reform of the party building system. It is the consistent policy and fundamental requirement of our Party to rely on the system to govern the Party and run the Party.
