【摘要】：延安時(shí)期是中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨局部執(zhí)政的時(shí)期,也是中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨黨內(nèi)民主建設(shè)最好的時(shí)期之一。在這一時(shí)期,中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨從中國(guó)實(shí)際出發(fā),形成了一系列與中國(guó)實(shí)際緊密聯(lián)系的黨內(nèi)民主建設(shè)理論,并在實(shí)踐中取得了輝煌的成就。馬克思、恩格斯以及列寧對(duì)于黨內(nèi)民主建設(shè)相關(guān)理論研究與探索的內(nèi)容十分豐富,中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨自成立之后,以馬列主義為指導(dǎo)思想,在此基礎(chǔ)上發(fā)展了馬列主義黨建學(xué)說(shuō),取得了初步的理論成就。在進(jìn)入延安時(shí)期之前,中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨的黨內(nèi)民主建設(shè)已經(jīng)有了初步理論基礎(chǔ),以馬列主義黨建學(xué)說(shuō)為指導(dǎo),結(jié)合中國(guó)實(shí)際情況,創(chuàng)造性地繼承與發(fā)展了馬列主義黨內(nèi)民主理論,并在正確的理論下進(jìn)行了卓有成效的探索。本文著重從理論與實(shí)踐兩個(gè)方面對(duì)延安時(shí)期的黨內(nèi)民主建設(shè)進(jìn)行了分析、概括與總結(jié)。這一時(shí)期,中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨人對(duì)黨內(nèi)民主內(nèi)涵有了更加深刻的認(rèn)識(shí),并且在復(fù)雜的國(guó)際國(guó)內(nèi)背景下進(jìn)一步認(rèn)識(shí)到黨內(nèi)民主的重要性,從理論上提出黨內(nèi)民主需加強(qiáng)黨內(nèi)思想教育、發(fā)展黨內(nèi)監(jiān)督、堅(jiān)持民主集中制等,為中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨人進(jìn)行實(shí)踐探索提供了基礎(chǔ)。在正確、科學(xué)的黨內(nèi)民主理論指導(dǎo)下,中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨人積極發(fā)展黨內(nèi)民主,進(jìn)行了民主與集中制原則的相關(guān)探索,發(fā)展和完善了黨內(nèi)選舉制度、黨內(nèi)外監(jiān)督體系,進(jìn)行了黨員權(quán)利的建設(shè)。這些具體實(shí)踐之間相互聯(lián)系,共同構(gòu)成了延安時(shí)期黨內(nèi)民主建設(shè)的科學(xué)體系,提高了黨的民主化、先進(jìn)性,推動(dòng)了黨的科學(xué)化發(fā)展。延安時(shí)期的黨內(nèi)民主建設(shè)豐富并發(fā)展了馬克思主義黨內(nèi)民主建設(shè)的理論,推動(dòng)了人民民主的發(fā)展,進(jìn)而促進(jìn)了民主政治的發(fā)展,增強(qiáng)了中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨的活力與生命力,從而為革命的勝利奠定了基礎(chǔ),其寶貴經(jīng)驗(yàn)對(duì)當(dāng)今黨內(nèi)民主建設(shè)仍然有重要借鑒意義。延安時(shí)期黨內(nèi)民主建設(shè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)使我們認(rèn)識(shí)到民主集中制、黨內(nèi)外監(jiān)督、黨內(nèi)選舉、黨內(nèi)思想教育的重要性,在全面從嚴(yán)治黨的新形勢(shì)下,我們?nèi)匀粦?yīng)該借鑒這一時(shí)期黨內(nèi)民主建設(shè)的的寶貴經(jīng)驗(yàn),在新的形勢(shì)與條件下加強(qiáng)黨內(nèi)民主建設(shè),保證黨的生機(jī)和活力,確保黨帶領(lǐng)中國(guó)人民不斷開(kāi)創(chuàng)中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義事業(yè)新局面。
[Abstract]:Yan'an period is a period of partial ruling and one of the best period of democratic construction within the Communist Party of China. In this period, the Communist Party of China set out from the reality of China, formed a series of inner-party democratic construction theory closely related to the reality of China, and made brilliant achievements in practice. Marx, Engels and Lenin have rich contents in the theoretical research and exploration of the democratic construction within the Party. Since its establishment, the Communist Party of China has developed the Marxist-Leninist party building theory on the basis of Marxism-Leninism as its guiding ideology. A preliminary theoretical achievement has been achieved. Before entering the Yan'an period, the Communist Party of China's inner-party democratic construction had a preliminary theoretical foundation, guided by Marxism-Leninist party building theory and combined with the actual situation in China, the CPC creatively inherited and developed the Marxist-Leninist inner-party democratic theory. And has carried on the fruitful exploration under the correct theory. This paper analyzes and summarizes the inner-party democracy construction in Yan'an period from the aspects of theory and practice. During this period, the Chinese Communists had a deeper understanding of the connotation of inner-party democracy, and further recognized the importance of inner-party democracy under the complicated international and domestic background, and put forward theoretically that inner-party democracy needed to strengthen inner-party ideological education. The development of inner-party supervision and adherence to democratic centralism provide the basis for the practical exploration of the Chinese Communists. Guided by the correct and scientific theory of inner-party democracy, the Chinese Communists actively developed inner-party democracy, explored the related principles of democracy and centralism, developed and improved the inner-party election system, and the internal and external supervision system of the Party. The construction of party members' rights has been carried out. These concrete practices are related to each other and together constitute the scientific system of democratic construction within the Party during the Yan'an period, improve the democratization and advanced nature of the Party, and promote the scientific development of the Party. The democratic construction within the Party in Yan'an period enriched and developed the theory of Marxist inner-party democratic construction, promoted the development of people's democracy, promoted the development of democratic politics, and enhanced the vitality and vitality of the Communist Party of China. Therefore, it lays the foundation for the victory of revolution, and its valuable experience is still of great significance to the construction of democracy within the Party. The experience of inner-party democratic construction during Yan'an period made us realize the importance of democratic centralism, internal and external supervision, inner-party election and ideological education within the Party. We should still draw lessons from the valuable experience of the inner-party democratic construction in this period, strengthen the inner-party democratic construction under the new situation and conditions, and ensure the vitality and vitality of the Party. To ensure that the Party leads the Chinese people to continuously create a new situation for the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
