【摘要】：當(dāng)前高校校園文化呈現(xiàn)多元化的特點,大學(xué)生黨員群體文化作為高校先進校園文化的重要組成部分,成為引領(lǐng)校園文化健康發(fā)展的重要抓手。大學(xué)生黨員群體文化主要體現(xiàn)在他們作為相對更加優(yōu)秀的群體所應(yīng)有的榜樣引領(lǐng)作用。貫徹習(xí)近平總書記對高校黨建的新要求,牢牢把握高校意識形態(tài)的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)權(quán),需以大學(xué)生黨員群體榜樣為指引,建立完善的引領(lǐng)機制,即引領(lǐng)動力機制、引領(lǐng)運行機制、引領(lǐng)激勵機制、引領(lǐng)保障機制以及引領(lǐng)評價機制,從而推動校園文化健康發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:As an important part of advanced campus culture, college student party member group culture has become an important part of leading the healthy development of campus culture. The group culture of college students'Party members is mainly reflected in their leading role as a better group. To implement General Secretary Xi Jinping's new requirements for party building in colleges and universities and firmly grasp the leadership of ideology in colleges and universities, it is necessary to set up a perfect guiding mechanism, that is, the leading power mechanism and the leading running mechanism, guided by the example of the college students' Party members. Lead the incentive mechanism, lead the security mechanism and lead the evaluation mechanism to promote the healthy development of campus culture.
