【摘要】：延安時(shí)期是我們黨歷史上政治生態(tài)最好的時(shí)期之一。延安時(shí)期的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)表明,政治生態(tài)建設(shè)的關(guān)鍵在于黨員領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部這個(gè)"關(guān)鍵少數(shù)"。領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人率先垂范是營造良好政治生態(tài)的前提,正確的選人用人導(dǎo)向是營造良好政治生態(tài)的風(fēng)向標(biāo),健全的監(jiān)督體系是營造良好政治生態(tài)的重要保障,嚴(yán)厲執(zhí)紀(jì)執(zhí)法是營造良好政治生態(tài)的堅(jiān)強(qiáng)保證。
[Abstract]:Yan'an period is one of the best periods of political ecology in the history of our party. The successful experience of Yanan period shows that the key to the construction of political ecology lies in the "key minority" of leading cadres of party members. Leading leaders to lead by example is the premise of creating a good political ecology, the correct selection and employment orientation is the weather vane for building a good political ecology, and a sound supervision system is an important guarantee for building a good political ecology. Strict enforcement of discipline is a strong guarantee to create a good political environment.
