【摘要】："微腐敗"產(chǎn)生的思想根源,主要是"法不責(zé)微"的心態(tài)在作祟,認(rèn)為"微腐敗""微"不足道,殊不知看似不關(guān)乎原則的"微腐敗"實(shí)則是腐化墮落的溫床。因此,治理"微腐敗",杜絕"法不責(zé)微"的心態(tài),必須致力于構(gòu)建治理"微腐敗"的長(zhǎng)效機(jī)制。
[Abstract]:The ideological origin of "micro corruption" is mainly caused by the mentality of "law does not have responsibility for micro", which thinks that "micro corruption" is not enough, but does not know that "micro corruption", which does not seem to be related to principle, is actually the hotbed of corruption and depravity. Therefore, to control "micro-corruption" and put an end to the mentality of "law is not responsible for micro-", we must devote ourselves to constructing a long-term mechanism to govern" micro-corruption ".
