【摘要】：正當(dāng)前,"兩學(xué)一做"學(xué)習(xí)教育正在全黨范圍內(nèi)蓬勃開展。在成建制的機(jī)關(guān)單位,由于有完備的歸口管理體系,開展比較順暢。而黨員中一個(gè)特殊群體——流動(dòng)黨員,由于其工作和生活存在分散、流動(dòng)等特點(diǎn),參加正常的組織生活都難,開展"兩學(xué)一做"學(xué)習(xí)教育更是難上加難。如何有效地突破這個(gè)難點(diǎn)、打開流動(dòng)黨員工作新局面,是當(dāng)前黨員教育管理工作面臨的重大課題之一,也是全面從嚴(yán)治黨、"兩學(xué)一做"全覆蓋要求所提出的重
[Abstract]:At present, the "two schools one do" learning education is vigorously carried out throughout the party. In the organizational units, due to a complete management system, more smooth. A special group of Party members-floating Party members, because of their work and life are scattered, mobility and other characteristics, participation in normal organizational life is difficult to carry out "two schools one do" learning education is even more difficult.
