【摘要】：明確職責(zé)定位,聚焦黨風(fēng)廉政建設(shè)和反腐敗斗爭(zhēng),緊緊圍繞監(jiān)督執(zhí)紀(jì)問(wèn)責(zé),深化轉(zhuǎn)職能、轉(zhuǎn)方式、轉(zhuǎn)作風(fēng),全面提高履職能力,是新形勢(shì)下黨中央和中央紀(jì)委對(duì)各級(jí)紀(jì)檢監(jiān)察機(jī)構(gòu)提出的新任務(wù)、新要求。目前,一些派駐紀(jì)檢監(jiān)察機(jī)構(gòu)在履行監(jiān)督執(zhí)紀(jì)問(wèn)責(zé)職責(zé)方面還存在著思想認(rèn)識(shí)不到位、任務(wù)職責(zé)不明確、工作機(jī)制不完善、執(zhí)行紀(jì)律不嚴(yán)格、責(zé)任追究不堅(jiān)決、工作方式不科學(xué)、作風(fēng)轉(zhuǎn)變不理想等問(wèn)題。各級(jí)派駐紀(jì)檢監(jiān)察機(jī)構(gòu)必須進(jìn)一步提高思想認(rèn)識(shí)、增強(qiáng)監(jiān)督責(zé)任,明確任務(wù)職責(zé)、聚焦主責(zé)主業(yè),完善工作機(jī)制、強(qiáng)化監(jiān)督作用,嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行紀(jì)律、確保剛性約束,嚴(yán)肅責(zé)任追究、強(qiáng)化責(zé)任落實(shí),創(chuàng)新方式方法、強(qiáng)化技術(shù)支撐,轉(zhuǎn)變工作作風(fēng)、提高素質(zhì)能力。
[Abstract]:Make clear the position of duty, focus on the construction of a clean and honest party style and the struggle against corruption, closely revolve around supervision and discipline enforcement and accountability, deepen the transfer of functions, methods, style, and comprehensively improve the ability to carry out duties, It is a new task and requirement of the CPC Central Committee and the Central discipline Inspection Commission for discipline inspection and supervision organizations at all levels under the new situation. At present, some discipline inspection and supervision institutions still have a lack of ideological understanding in carrying out their duties of supervision and discipline enforcement, lack of clarity in their duties and duties, imperfect work mechanisms, lax enforcement of discipline, and lack of firm accountability. The work way is not scientific, the style change is not ideal and so on. The discipline inspection and supervision institutions at all levels must further enhance their ideological understanding, strengthen their supervisory responsibilities, clarify their duties and responsibilities, focus on the principal responsibilities, improve the work mechanism, strengthen their supervisory role, strictly enforce discipline, and ensure rigid constraints. Serious responsibility investigation, strengthening responsibility implementation, innovating methods, strengthening technical support, changing work style and improving quality and ability.
