【摘要】：黨章意識是各級黨組織和全體黨員對科學理解和自覺踐行黨章的一種認識與態(tài)度。黨章意識的內(nèi)涵十分豐富,主要包括規(guī)矩意識、黨的意識、宗旨意識、組織意識、執(zhí)政意識和擔當意識。牢固樹立黨章意識,是中國共產(chǎn)黨的優(yōu)良傳統(tǒng),是全面從嚴治黨的內(nèi)在要求,是中國共產(chǎn)黨長期執(zhí)政的重要保證。黨章意識的樹立既不是一蹴而就的,也不是一勞永逸的。牢固樹立黨章意識,必須建立健全黨章學習教育機制、解釋工作機制和監(jiān)督檢查機制。
[Abstract]:Party constitution consciousness is a kind of understanding and attitude that Party organizations and all Party members at all levels understand and practice the party constitution scientifically and conscientiously. The connotation of party constitution is very rich, including the consciousness of rules, the consciousness of the party, the sense of purpose, the consciousness of organization, the consciousness of ruling and the sense of responsibility. It is the fine tradition of the Communist Party of China and is the whole of the Communist Party of China. It is an important guarantee for the long term in power of the Communist Party of the Communist Party of China that it is an important guarantee for the long-term administration of the Communist Party of China. The consciousness of the party constitution is neither accomplished overnight nor once and for all. It is necessary to establish and improve the Party Constitution and the mechanism of work and supervision and inspection.
