【摘要】：正破格提拔是干部選拔常規(guī)程序的一個(gè)必要補(bǔ)充,可以為優(yōu)秀年輕干部脫穎而出拓寬渠道,為破除論資排輩提供平臺(tái),為優(yōu)化領(lǐng)導(dǎo)班子結(jié)構(gòu)儲(chǔ)備人才。破格提拔干部不僅關(guān)乎干部個(gè)人成長(zhǎng)進(jìn)步,更是選人用人導(dǎo)向的鮮明體現(xiàn),運(yùn)用好了,對(duì)一方政治生態(tài)有著積極的影響作用;運(yùn)用不好,就會(huì)產(chǎn)生負(fù)面影響,甚至導(dǎo)致用人不公或用人腐敗。因此,對(duì)破格提拔干部黨委必須從嚴(yán)把關(guān),著力在"四個(gè)重在"上下功夫。一、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)不能降低,重在保證素質(zhì)�！饵h政領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部
