【摘要】：中國的茶文化有著幾千年的歷史,茶葉從采茶、分揀、焙茶、包裝、運輸、銷售等過程中,容易發(fā)生串貨、遺失、錯發(fā)、漏發(fā)等現(xiàn)象,因此,古代有名的茶商往往都對茶葉進行檔案化管理,這些茶檔案利用率高、變化快、管理難度大,和當(dāng)今共青團的檔案管理有著很多相似之處,特別是高校的共青團員,由于流動性強,其檔案往往每年都要更新,因此,通過對古代茶檔案的研究,對于搞好共青團檔案管理工作有著一定的借鑒意義,本文以此為切入點,分析了兩者的相通之處,希望對共青團工作者有所幫助。
[Abstract]:Tea culture in China has a history of thousands of years. In the process of tea picking, sorting, baking tea, packing, transporting, selling and so on, it is easy to take stock, lost, wrong hair and leakage. Therefore, the famous tea merchants in ancient times tend to manage the tea archives. These tea files have high utilization rate, fast change, difficult management and today's Communist Youth League. The archives management has many similarities, especially the Communist Youth League members in Colleges and universities, because of the strong liquidity, their archives are often updated every year. Therefore, through the study of the ancient tea files, it has a certain reference for the archives management of the Communist Youth League. The Youth League workers are helpful.
