【摘要】：黨的十八屆四中全會審議通過的《中共中央關(guān)于全面推進依法治國若干重大問題的決定》,明確了全面推進依法治國的指導(dǎo)思想、總目標(biāo)、基本原則和重大任務(wù)。既有理論層面的深邃思考,又有立法、執(zhí)法、司法、守法等方面的重大部署。全面推進依法治國、加快建設(shè)社會主義法治國家,是法治工作者的期盼。落實和推動《決定》部署的工作任務(wù),更是法治工作者義不容辭的使命與責(zé)任。本文從廣播影視法治工作者的角度,就學(xué)習(xí)貫徹《決定》談一些體會。
[Abstract]:The "decision of the CPC Central Committee on promoting the Rule of Law in an All-round way" adopted by the fourth Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee clearly defines the guiding ideology, general objectives, basic principles, and major tasks for comprehensively promoting the rule of law. There are profound theoretical thinking, but also legislation, law enforcement, justice, law-abiding and other important arrangements. It is the expectation of the rule of law workers to comprehensively promote the rule of law and speed up the construction of a socialist country ruled by law. It is the duty and responsibility of the rule of law workers to carry out and promote the deployment of decision-making. In this paper, from the perspective of radio, film and television law workers, some experiences are discussed on the study and implementation of decision.
