【摘要】：在"四個全面"戰(zhàn)略布局的新形勢下,只有堅持以依規(guī)治黨為引領(lǐng),把從嚴(yán)管黨治黨納入黨規(guī)黨紀(jì)和法治的軌道,才能使全面從嚴(yán)治黨成為一種自覺和常態(tài)。推動形成從嚴(yán)管黨治黨新常態(tài),應(yīng)找準(zhǔn)服務(wù)于戰(zhàn)略布局的新坐標(biāo),樹立新形勢下依規(guī)治黨的新思維,提高守紀(jì)律講規(guī)矩的新自覺,形成依規(guī)治黨與依法治國互聯(lián)互動的新章法,堅持和完善全面從嚴(yán)治黨的新機(jī)制,邁出新形勢下思想建黨與制度治黨密切結(jié)合的新步伐。
[Abstract]:Under the new situation of "four all-round" strategic layout, only by adhering to the guidance of governing the party according to rules and regulations, and bringing the strict administration of the party into the track of party discipline and rule by law, can it become a kind of consciousness and normality to run the party in a comprehensive and strict manner. In order to promote the formation of a new normal state of strictly governing the party and administering the party, we should find a new coordinate that serves the strategic layout, establish a new thinking of governing the party according to rules under the new situation, improve the new consciousness of observing discipline and rules, and form a new law of mutual interaction between governing the party according to rules and governing the country according to law. We should adhere to and improve the new mechanism of managing the party in an all-round and strict manner, and take a new step towards the close integration of ideological and institutional party building under the new situation.
