【摘要】：人類歷史是一部抑惡揚善的歷史,看不到自利是人性中最基本的傾向,就等于沒有看到人性的本質(zhì)。任何崇高的黨性都不可能超然于世,只有不脫離人性的黨性才具有凝聚力、引導(dǎo)力與感召力。黨內(nèi)政治生態(tài)建構(gòu)既要立足于人性缺陷的客觀性,同時也不能忽視人類社會有著美好的人性追求。人性與黨性的張力決定了黨內(nèi)政治生態(tài)建設(shè)任務(wù)的雙重性,既要抑惡防守人性底線,又要揚善升華黨性,要處理好利益與信念、思想教育與制度約束、權(quán)力與權(quán)利、黨紀(jì)與國法的關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:The history of human being is a history of restraining evil and raising the good. It is not the essence of human nature to see that self interest is the most basic tendencies of human nature. Any lofty party nature cannot be transcendental to the world. Only the party nature without human nature has cohesion, guidance and inspiration. The political ecological construction within the party should be based on human defects. Objectivity, at the same time, we can not ignore the good human nature pursuit of human society. The tension of human nature and party nature determines the dual nature of the political ecological construction in the party. It should not only suppress the defense of the bottom line of human nature, but also promote the promotion of the sublimation of the party nature, and deal with the interests and beliefs, the ideological education and system constraints, power and rights, and the relationship between Party discipline and national law.
