【摘要】：黨的十八大以來,習(xí)近平同志高度重視黨風(fēng)廉政建設(shè)和反腐敗斗爭,強調(diào)黨要管黨、從嚴治黨,提出了一系列新的理念、思路和舉措,推動黨風(fēng)廉政建設(shè)和反腐敗斗爭不斷取得重大成效。為幫助廣大干部群眾全面系統(tǒng)學(xué)習(xí)、理解、掌握習(xí)近平同志關(guān)于黨風(fēng)廉政建設(shè)和反腐敗斗爭的重要論述,中共中央紀律檢查委員會、中共中央文獻研究室編輯了《習(xí)近平關(guān)于黨風(fēng)廉政建設(shè)和反腐敗斗爭論述摘編》一書。本刊選發(fā)的習(xí)近平關(guān)于巡視工作的一組重要論述,是這本論述摘編的一部分。這些重要論述,集中反映了習(xí)近平同志關(guān)于巡視工作的總體思路和基本要求,強調(diào)把巡視作為黨內(nèi)監(jiān)督的戰(zhàn)略性制度安排,用好巡視這把反腐"利劍",突出重點,創(chuàng)新形式,當(dāng)好中央的"偵察兵"和"千里眼",找出"老虎"、"蒼蠅",一查到底,分類處理,發(fā)揮巡視震懾作用和遏制作用,堅決遏制腐敗現(xiàn)象蔓延勢頭。
[Abstract]:Since the 18th National Congress of the Party, Comrade Xi Jinping has attached great importance to the building of a clean and honest party and the struggle against corruption, stressing that the party should govern the party and strictly administer the party, and put forward a series of new ideas, ideas and measures. Great achievements have been made in promoting the building of a clean and honest party and in the fight against corruption. In order to help the broad masses of cadres and the masses to study comprehensively and systematically, to understand and master Comrade Xi Jinping's important exposition on the building of a clean and honest party style and the struggle against corruption, the Central Committee for discipline Inspection, The document Research Center of the CPC Central Committee edited the book Xi Jinping on the Construction of Party style and honest Government and the struggle against Corruption. A selection of Xi Jinping's important expositions on inspection is part of this review. These important expositions have focused on reflecting Comrade Xi Jinping's general thinking and basic requirements on the inspection work, and stressed that the inspection work should be regarded as a strategic institutional arrangement for inner-party supervision, that the inspection tour should be used as a "sharp sword" to fight corruption, and that the key points should be stressed and the forms should be innovated. As the "scouts" and "thousand eyes" of the central authorities, we should find out the "tigers" and "flies", investigate them in the end, sort them out, give play to the deterrent and containment functions of the inspection tour, and resolutely curb the spreading trend of corruption.
