【摘要】：本研究以廣東十一所高校的學生黨支部組織生活調(diào)研數(shù)據(jù)為基礎(chǔ),分析學生黨支部組織生活的現(xiàn)狀和困境,提出構(gòu)建以細化落實管理制度為保障,以優(yōu)化創(chuàng)新組織生活為核心,以加強黨員教育培養(yǎng)為關(guān)鍵的高校學生黨支部組織生活的創(chuàng)新機制,以提升學生黨支部組織生活的實效性。
[Abstract]:Based on the investigation and research data of student party branch organization life in 11 universities in Guangdong province, this study analyzes the present situation and predicament of student party branch organization life, and puts forward that the core of this study is to build a detailed management system and optimize the life of innovative organizations. In order to improve the effectiveness of the organizational life of student Party branch, the innovation mechanism of student Party branch organization life in colleges and universities is to strengthen the education and cultivation of Party members.
