【摘要】：正機(jī)關(guān)一般是指具有一定公權(quán)力的政府職能部門(mén),"后門(mén)"現(xiàn)象是指通過(guò)非公共途徑依托關(guān)系或是賄賂等不正常手段達(dá)到某種目的的行為。據(jù)此,機(jī)關(guān)"后門(mén)"現(xiàn)象就是指行政機(jī)構(gòu)的公職人員利用手中掌握的公權(quán)力,為自己或者是他人謀取不當(dāng)利益的行為。毋庸置疑,這種行為嚴(yán)重破壞了社會(huì)的公平正義,助長(zhǎng)了社會(huì)的不正之風(fēng),人民群眾對(duì)之深?lèi)和唇^。但在現(xiàn)實(shí)生活中,人們往往又持有雙重標(biāo)準(zhǔn),對(duì)于別人走"后門(mén)"義憤填膺,對(duì)于自己走"后門(mén)"卻覺(jué)得理所應(yīng)當(dāng)。就社會(huì)發(fā)展的角度講,積極的群體規(guī)范是社會(huì)發(fā)展的重要?jiǎng)恿?不良的群
[Abstract]:The "back door" phenomenon refers to the behavior of using non-public means to rely on the relationship or bribery and other abnormal means to achieve a certain purpose. Accordingly, the phenomenon of "back door" of the organ refers to the behavior of the public officials of the administrative organization who make use of the public power in their hands to seek improper benefits for themselves or others. There is no doubt that this behavior seriously undermines the fairness and justice of society, encourages social injustice, and the people abhor it. But in real life, people tend to hold double standards, indignant at others'"back door", and take for granted their own "back door". From the perspective of social development, positive group norms are an important driving force for social development.
