【摘要】：正科研工作是黨校事業(yè)發(fā)展的一項基礎(chǔ)性、支撐性工作,是衡量黨校辦學(xué)質(zhì)量和水平的重要標(biāo)志。近年來,伴隨著黨校系統(tǒng)科研事業(yè)的蓬勃發(fā)展,科研項目的大幅增長,科研經(jīng)費的大幅增加,科研經(jīng)費管理中存在的問題也不斷暴露出來。筆者在調(diào)研了多所黨校的基礎(chǔ)上,對當(dāng)前部分黨校科研經(jīng)費管理中存在的問題進(jìn)行了分析,并提出相應(yīng)的對策。一、加強黨�？蒲薪�(jīng)費管理的意義2016年第9期《求是》雜志刊發(fā)了習(xí)近平總書記《在全國黨校工作會議上的講話》一文,文中指出"黨校姓黨,
