【摘要】：對黨忠誠是政治忠誠的基本意涵,也是黨員的基本政治義務(wù)。對黨不忠誠,或者盲目、愚昧地忠誠是政治忠誠異化,其具有個(gè)人化、私利化、虛偽化、盲愚化等基本類型,這些類型單獨(dú)存在或多個(gè)交織在一起。之所以出現(xiàn)黨員政治忠誠異化,是因?yàn)橹艺\認(rèn)知錯(cuò)亂、理想信念動搖滑坡、市場經(jīng)濟(jì)原則泛化、權(quán)力制約和監(jiān)督乏力,這些原因相互影響、相互作用。黨員政治忠誠異化危害黨的健康肌體,是一個(gè)嚴(yán)重的政治隱患,因而,必須通過創(chuàng)造性轉(zhuǎn)化和發(fā)展傳統(tǒng)忠誠文化精華、強(qiáng)化黨員政治忠誠教育、構(gòu)建黨員政治忠誠保障機(jī)制、樹立人民本位的利益觀、加強(qiáng)對權(quán)力運(yùn)行的制約和監(jiān)督等策略,防范黨員政治忠誠異化。
[Abstract]:Loyalty to the Party is the basic meaning of political loyalty and the basic political obligation of Party members. Disloyalty to the Party, or blindly, foolishly loyalty is the alienation of political loyalty, which has the basic types of individualization, selfishness, hypocrisy, ignorance and so on, which exist alone or intertwined with each other. The reason for the alienation of party members' political loyalty is that the loyalty cognition is wrong, the ideal and belief waver and slide, the market economy principle is generalized, the power restriction and supervision are weak, these reasons affect each other and interact with each other. The dissimilation of party members' political loyalty endangers the healthy body of the Party, which is a serious political hidden trouble. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the political loyalty education of party members through creative transformation and development of the essence of traditional loyalty culture, and to construct the guarantee mechanism of party members' political loyalty. To prevent the alienation of party members' political loyalty, we should set up the benefit view of the people's standard, strengthen the restriction and supervision of the power operation, and so on.
