【摘要】：黨的十八屆四中全會開啟了中國法治強(qiáng)國之路,依法治國、依法行政、依法決策成為法治中國的新常態(tài)。領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部要主動轉(zhuǎn)變觀念,適應(yīng)中國法治建設(shè)的新常態(tài),提升法治思維水平和依法處事能力,摒棄傳統(tǒng)的決策思維習(xí)慣,構(gòu)建與依法治國方略相適應(yīng)、與法治中國新常態(tài)相匹配的決策思維新模式,在中國法治建設(shè)征程中發(fā)揮模范帶頭作用。
[Abstract]:The fourth Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee opened the road of China's strong country ruled by law, ruling the country by law, administering administration according to law, and making decisions according to law has become the new normal of ruling by law in China. Leading cadres should take the initiative to change their ideas, adapt to the new normal in the construction of the rule of law in China, improve the level of thinking on the rule of law and the ability to handle affairs according to law, abandon the traditional thinking habits of decision-making, and build up a strategy suitable for governing the country according to law. The new mode of decision-making thinking, which matches the new normal of rule of law in china, plays an exemplary and leading role in the construction of china's rule of law.
