【摘要】：對(duì)"中介腐敗"行為進(jìn)行分析,結(jié)合其實(shí)際總結(jié)存在的主要形式,發(fā)現(xiàn)其新特點(diǎn),探尋其深層次的產(chǎn)生原因,是有效治理該類(lèi)腐敗現(xiàn)象的基礎(chǔ)。完善相關(guān)立法,對(duì)中介機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行準(zhǔn)確定位、實(shí)現(xiàn)多層面監(jiān)管、建立腐敗防治體系、提升腐敗的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)成本、加重對(duì)腐敗行為的法律處罰,能夠有效治理"中介腐敗"現(xiàn)象。
[Abstract]:Analyzing the behavior of "intermediary corruption", combining with its main forms, finding out its new characteristics and exploring the causes of its deep level are the basis of effectively controlling this kind of corruption. Perfecting relevant legislation, accurately positioning intermediary organizations, realizing multi-level supervision, establishing corruption prevention and control system, raising the risk cost of corruption and increasing the legal penalty for corruption can effectively control the phenomenon of "intermediary corruption".
