[Abstract]:Objectively speaking, I did feel like being kicked out of the shelves when I went to Sampo as first secretary. My first secretary is really different from the other first secretaries: I was sent directly down organizationally, I was proposed by the masses of Sampo Village, the party committee of Nanzhuang town applied for it step by step, and finally it was sent down by the organization department of Jiaozuo Municipal Party Committee; I may have arrived in a strange environment, and I was in my hometown where I was born and raised; people in the village had a request for working hours, but I had to go round in a single day, nearly three times.
