【摘要】：正五中全會召開前,我參加了全會文件的起草,結(jié)合文件起草的情況,我講一講為什么說以人民為中心的發(fā)展思想是貫穿五中全會《建議》的一根紅線。一、深刻認(rèn)識堅(jiān)持以人民為中心發(fā)展思想的重要意義人民群眾是歷史的創(chuàng)造者,這是馬克思主義的基本原理。每個(gè)人的自由發(fā)展是一切人自由發(fā)展的條件,是共產(chǎn)黨宣言的一個(gè)重要思想,它貫穿了馬克思主義全部理論的始終。正是根據(jù)這樣一種思想我們黨在改革開放之初就強(qiáng)調(diào)十個(gè)關(guān)注最廣大人民的利益和
[Abstract]:Before the Fifth Plenary session of the CPC Central Committee, I participated in the drafting of the documents of the Plenary session.
