【摘要】：黨的十八大以來,習(xí)近平總書記對政治定力問題高度重視,并將政治定力與共產(chǎn)黨人理想信仰聯(lián)系起來進(jìn)行論述和強(qiáng)調(diào),認(rèn)為政治定力是檢驗(yàn)共產(chǎn)黨人理想信念的試金石,而理想信念是黨員干部培養(yǎng)并保持政治定力的決定性"硬核"。黨員領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部必須要在強(qiáng)化理想信念中不斷培育和錘煉政治定力,主要途徑是:加強(qiáng)學(xué)習(xí),增強(qiáng)理論底蘊(yùn),為培育政治定力夯實(shí)理論根基;加強(qiáng)黨性修養(yǎng),不斷錘煉政治定力;強(qiáng)化黨的紀(jì)律規(guī)矩意識,在加強(qiáng)紀(jì)律建設(shè)和道德修為中增強(qiáng)政治定力;強(qiáng)化責(zé)任與擔(dān)當(dāng)意識,在拼搏奮斗與作風(fēng)養(yǎng)成中不斷磨礪政治定力;強(qiáng)化共產(chǎn)黨人理想信念,在信仰落地、理想追求中提升政治定力。
[Abstract]:Since the 18th National Congress of the Party, General Secretary Xi Jinping has attached great importance to the issue of political determination, and has linked political determination with the ideal belief of the Communists. He thinks that political determination is the touchstone for testing the communist's ideals and beliefs. The ideal and belief is the decisive "hard core" for Party cadres to cultivate and maintain political stability. The leading cadres of party members must constantly cultivate and train their political stability in strengthening their ideals and beliefs. The main ways are to strengthen their study, strengthen their theoretical background, consolidate the theoretical foundation for cultivating their political stability, strengthen their party spirit and cultivate their political determination. Strengthening the Party's sense of discipline and rules, strengthening its political determination in strengthening its discipline construction and moral training, strengthening its sense of responsibility and responsibility, constantly sharpening its political determination in its struggle and style of work, strengthening its ideals and beliefs, In the belief landing, ideal pursuit of the promotion of political determination.
