【摘要】：正中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨歷來高度重視干部隊(duì)伍建設(shè),始終把建設(shè)高素質(zhì)的干部隊(duì)伍作為黨的組織工作最重要的政治任務(wù)。黨的十八大報(bào)告更是把"造就高素質(zhì)黨員,高素質(zhì)執(zhí)政骨干隊(duì)伍"納入五大建設(shè)之一的黨的組織建設(shè)的重點(diǎn)任務(wù),得到了全黨的高度認(rèn)同。一、面對(duì)新形勢(shì)新任務(wù),干部選拔任用工作要有新思路、新舉措黨的十八大之后,以習(xí)近平同志為總書記的黨中央狠抓作風(fēng)建設(shè),制定并帶頭執(zhí)行"八項(xiàng)規(guī)定",在黨內(nèi)開展以為民務(wù)實(shí)清廉為主題的黨的群眾路線教育實(shí)踐
[Abstract]:The Communist Party of China has always attached great importance to the construction of the cadre team and always regards the construction of a high-quality cadre team as the most important political task for the party's organizational work.
