【摘要】：腐敗歷來是世界性難題,各國都嚴(yán)厲打擊腐敗,但腐敗依然屢禁不絕。腐敗的成因除卻制度漏洞與市場經(jīng)濟(jì)誘因等一般因以外,還有其特殊因,即基于各國不同的文化傳統(tǒng)與心理結(jié)構(gòu)所形成的特殊因。中國腐敗的特殊因是極其顯著的人情因素,人情扎根于中國社會(huì)的各個(gè)角落并滋生腐敗。因此,揭示倫理面具下的中國式人情之催生與蛻變、探微人情生成腐敗的成因及路徑、變革日常生活而走向腐敗的深層次治理等,就成為當(dāng)前反腐倡廉的重要任務(wù)。對人情文化進(jìn)行適當(dāng)?shù)某C正,以形成持續(xù)有效的不敢腐、不能腐和不想腐局面,進(jìn)而培育良好的政治生態(tài)環(huán)境。
[Abstract]:Corruption has always been a worldwide problem, all countries severely crack down on corruption, but corruption is still proscribed. In addition to the common causes of corruption, such as institutional loopholes and market economic incentives, there are also special reasons, that is, based on the different cultural traditions and psychological structures of different countries. The special cause of corruption in China is a remarkable human factor. Human feelings take root in every corner of Chinese society and breed corruption. Therefore, it is an important task to reveal the birth and transformation of Chinese human feelings under the mask of ethics, to probe into the causes and paths of the corruption caused by human feelings, and to reform our daily life and lead to the deep governance of corruption. In order to form a sustained and effective situation of not being corrupt, not wanting to corrupt, and cultivating a good political ecological environment, the human culture should be properly corrected in order to form a sustainable and effective situation.
