中國“選賢任能”模式具有強(qiáng)大生命力

【摘要】:正在許多西方國家里,多黨民主制度早已演變成一種"游戲民主",即把民主等同于競選,把競選等同于政治營銷,把政治營銷等同于拼金錢、拼資源、拼公關(guān)、拼謀略、拼形象、拼演藝表演;政客所做的承諾無需兌現(xiàn),只要有助于打勝選戰(zhàn)就行。這種沒有"選賢任能"理念的"游戲民主"所產(chǎn)生的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人能說會(huì)道者居多,能干者極少。中國選賢任能模式與此形成了鮮明對(duì)照。從制度傳承來看,中國選賢任能的制度源于持續(xù)了
[Abstract]:In many Western countries, multiparty democracy has long evolved into a "game democracy," in which democracy is equated with election, election as political marketing, political marketing as money, resources, public relations, and strategy. This kind of "game democracy" without the idea of "talent and talent" produces more talkative leaders and few capable people.
