【摘要】：加強(qiáng)高校畢業(yè)班學(xué)生黨員教育管理,是加強(qiáng)黨員隊(duì)伍建設(shè)的必然要求。當(dāng)前,面對新形勢新要求,高校畢業(yè)班學(xué)生黨員教育管理工作還存在一些不足,需要從制度機(jī)制、實(shí)踐體系等維度加強(qiáng)頂層設(shè)計。高校畢業(yè)班學(xué)生黨員教育管理制度要堅(jiān)持立德樹人的根本導(dǎo)向、將全面從嚴(yán)治黨貫穿始終、實(shí)現(xiàn)校社無縫銜接、系統(tǒng)設(shè)計與分類建構(gòu)相結(jié)合等原則,從構(gòu)建強(qiáng)化畢業(yè)班學(xué)生黨員黨性修養(yǎng)的教育管理制度、建立畢業(yè)班學(xué)生黨員需求分析的教育管理制度、完善畢業(yè)班學(xué)生黨員教育管理考評激勵制度等方面切實(shí)加以推進(jìn)。
[Abstract]:It is an inevitable requirement to strengthen the construction of Party members' ranks to strengthen the education and management of the Party members of the graduating class in colleges and universities. At present, faced with the new situation and new requirements, there are still some deficiencies in the education management work of the graduating class members in colleges and universities, which need to strengthen the top-level design from the aspects of system mechanism, practice system and so on. The education and management system for college graduating class members should adhere to the fundamental guidance of establishing moral integrity and building people, run the party in an all-round and strict manner throughout, realize the seamless connection between the school and the society, and combine the system design with the classification construction, and so on. From the aspects of constructing the educational management system of strengthening the Party spirit accomplishment of the graduating class students, establishing the educational management system of the needs analysis of the party members of the graduating class students, and perfecting the education management evaluation and encouragement system of the graduating class students' party members, etc.
