【摘要】：正黨的十八大以來,習(xí)近平總書記多次尖銳指出黨內(nèi)存在的不嚴(yán)不實問題,特別是直指言行不一、表里不一、心口不一的"兩面人"現(xiàn)象�？倳泴�"兩面人"現(xiàn)象及危害的重要論述,入木三分、發(fā)人深省,警示干部堅決不能做"兩面人"、堅決要防止"兩面人"現(xiàn)象。荀子把"口言善,身行惡"的"兩面人"稱為"國妖"。這樣的人不僅會害事業(yè)、還會亂人心,不僅可以危害當(dāng)下、還可能禍及長遠(yuǎn)。一是褻瀆組織威信。"兩面人"是政治投機(jī)分子,往往為了攫取個人私利機(jī)關(guān)算盡。對一級組織來說,如果在選人用人等方面被蒙蔽了眼睛,讓"兩面人"吃香、老實人吃虧,干部就會
