【摘要】：正今年以來,開封市積極適應(yīng)新常態(tài)下干部工作的新要求,逐步完成"一臺三庫"建設(shè),為干部工作提供全面、準(zhǔn)確、鮮活的基礎(chǔ)信息服務(wù)和輔助決策支持。建立干部職數(shù)管理臺賬。根據(jù)干部管理權(quán)限,對照"三定"方案,層層建立干部職數(shù)管理臺賬,主要包括單位的機(jī)構(gòu)性質(zhì)、規(guī)格、規(guī)模、編制數(shù)、核定職數(shù)、實際配備情況等。建立干部基本信息庫。結(jié)合干部人事檔案專項審核和干部檔案數(shù)字化工作,分層級健全完善干部基本信
