【摘要】：我國基層黨組織的角色正在向服務(wù)型黨建模式轉(zhuǎn)變,在轉(zhuǎn)型過程中出現(xiàn)的一系列問題成為國內(nèi)熱議的話題。文章詳細(xì)闡述了在基層黨組織的角色轉(zhuǎn)換境遇下,向服務(wù)型黨建模式轉(zhuǎn)型的必要性并對(duì)轉(zhuǎn)型中出現(xiàn)的問題,提出了應(yīng)對(duì)對(duì)策,以便確保服務(wù)型黨建模式能夠順利轉(zhuǎn)型。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),在基層黨組織的角色轉(zhuǎn)換境遇下,向服務(wù)型黨建模式轉(zhuǎn)型是符合時(shí)代發(fā)展需求、具有重大意義的舉措。
[Abstract]:The role of grass-roots party organizations in China is changing to the mode of service-oriented party building, and a series of problems in the process of transformation have become a hot topic in China.This paper expounds in detail the necessity of the transformation to the service-oriented party building model under the circumstances of the role transformation of the grass-roots party organizations, and puts forward countermeasures to ensure the smooth transformation of the service-oriented party building mode.It is found that under the circumstances of the transformation of the role of the grass-roots party organizations, the transformation to the service-oriented party building model is in line with the needs of the times and has great significance.
