【摘要】：掌握馬克思主義哲學(xué)是領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部的"看家本領(lǐng)"。這既是中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨發(fā)展壯大、取得成功的重要經(jīng)驗(yàn),也是解決未來(lái)前進(jìn)道路上新困難、新問(wèn)題的迫切需要,還是實(shí)現(xiàn)"兩個(gè)一百年"奮斗目標(biāo)和中華民族偉大復(fù)興中國(guó)夢(mèng)的內(nèi)在要求。馬克思主義哲學(xué)之所以能夠成為領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部的"看家本領(lǐng)",其奧秘在于馬克思主義哲學(xué)所論證的世界觀人生觀價(jià)值觀能夠確立領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部的精神信仰,馬克思主義哲學(xué)所揭示的基本規(guī)律能夠?yàn)轭I(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部治國(guó)理政提供基本遵循,馬克思主義哲學(xué)所包含的方法論能夠成為領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部治國(guó)理政的根本方法。領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部必須掌握馬克思主義哲學(xué)這個(gè)"看家本領(lǐng)",否則就很難成為合格的、有能力的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部。
[Abstract]:Mastering Marxist philosophy is the leading cadre's "housekeeping ability".This is not only an important experience for the Communist Party of China to develop and grow, but also an urgent need to solve new difficulties and new problems on the way forward in the future.Or achieve the "two hundred years" goal and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation Chinese Dream's internal requirements.The reason why Marxist philosophy can become a leading cadre's "ability to take care of one's own hands" lies in the fact that the values of world outlook and outlook on life demonstrated by Marxist philosophy can establish the spiritual belief of leading cadres.The basic laws revealed by Marxist philosophy can provide the basic rules for leading cadres to run the country and the methodology contained in Marxist philosophy can become the fundamental method for leading cadres to run the country.Leading cadres must master Marxist philosophy, otherwise it will be difficult to become qualified and competent leading cadres.
