【摘要】："帶病提拔"是當前干部選拔任用權(quán)力失范的一種突出表現(xiàn)。它給執(zhí)政黨的政治肌體造成了嚴重危害。首先,"帶病提拔"造成了官場"劣幣驅(qū)逐良幣"現(xiàn)象,導致干部資源配置的劣質(zhì)化。其次,"帶病提拔"破壞官場生態(tài),導致官場人身依附性增強,執(zhí)政黨的執(zhí)政能力削弱。再次,"帶病提拔"導致執(zhí)政黨的政治信任流失,黨的執(zhí)政合法性基礎遭受侵蝕。最后,"帶病提拔"還容易催生利益集團,致使政黨自我凈化能力衰竭。
[Abstract]:Promotion with illness is a prominent manifestation of the current power of cadre selection and appointment.It has done serious harm to the political body of the ruling party.First of all, "promotion with illness" caused the phenomenon of official "Bad money drives out good", leading to the poor allocation of cadre resources.Secondly, the "promotion with disease" destroys the officialdom ecology, leads to the enhancement of the personal attachment of the officialdom, and weakens the ruling ability of the ruling party.Thirdly, the promotion leads to the loss of the ruling party's political trust and the erosion of the party's legitimacy.Finally, diseased promotion is prone to the emergence of interest groups, leading to party self-purification capacity failure.
