【摘要】：知己知彼,百戰(zhàn)不殆。在中國革命道路實(shí)踐過程中,情報(bào)工作對中國革命斗爭的重要性,不言而喻�？箲�(zhàn)時(shí)期中國共產(chǎn)黨領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的八路軍辦事處情報(bào)工作富有成效,為抗戰(zhàn)的勝利作出了重要貢獻(xiàn)。上海是近代中國的經(jīng)濟(jì)中心,也是中國情報(bào)的重鎮(zhèn),占有重要的地位。由于情報(bào)工作的隱蔽性,檔案資料少,相關(guān)研究存在極大困難;抗戰(zhàn)時(shí)期的情報(bào)工作又格外復(fù)雜,相關(guān)研究基礎(chǔ)較為薄弱。本文以抗戰(zhàn)時(shí)期八路軍駐上海辦事處(以下簡稱上�！鞍宿k”)的情報(bào)活動和情報(bào)內(nèi)容為研究對象,通過梳理查閱1937年—1939年上海“八辦”與中共中央來往電文檔案,搜集整理各類書刊中當(dāng)事人的回憶文章,相關(guān)公開和內(nèi)部出版的資料匯編和回憶性書籍,以及研究論著等各種資料,對抗戰(zhàn)時(shí)期上�！鞍宿k”的情報(bào)工作做初步的分析和研究。本文第一章宏觀梳理中共在上海的情報(bào)組織系統(tǒng),具體論述上�！鞍宿k”情報(bào)網(wǎng)的建立、人員構(gòu)成、經(jīng)費(fèi)來源、辦公和情報(bào)地點(diǎn)等,回答上�！鞍宿k”和情報(bào)工作是在何種背景下產(chǎn)生的;第二章從情報(bào)活動這一視角,回答上�！鞍宿k”的情報(bào)是如何搜集,情報(bào)如何傳遞的問題;第三章具體分析中共中央與上海“八辦”之間的來往電文,回答上�！鞍宿k”為中共中央究竟提供了哪些重要價(jià)值的情報(bào),這些情報(bào)在當(dāng)時(shí)有何重大價(jià)值;第四章分析上�！鞍宿k”情報(bào)工作的特點(diǎn),突出上海“八辦”在抗戰(zhàn)時(shí)期的歷史貢獻(xiàn),分析解釋其最終被撤銷的內(nèi)在原因,總結(jié)全文。本文梳理抗戰(zhàn)時(shí)期上�！鞍宿k”情報(bào)網(wǎng)的建立和情報(bào)活動,通過近年來公布的一些電文檔案的資料,特別是中共中央與上海“八辦”來往電文,試圖彌補(bǔ)先前中共情報(bào)史研究中論證材料不足的缺點(diǎn),著重用電文檔案資料論證“八辦”對這一時(shí)期中共情報(bào)工作、中國的抗戰(zhàn)和中國革命作出了的巨大貢獻(xiàn)。本文希冀豐富中共情報(bào)史的研究,深化對中國抗日戰(zhàn)爭史、中共白區(qū)史、中國革命史等領(lǐng)域的研究工作。
[Abstract]:To know one's own enemy and one's enemy, one hundred battles are not perilous.In the course of China's revolutionary road practice, the importance of intelligence work to the Chinese revolutionary struggle is self-evident.The information work of the eighth Route Army Office led by the Communist Party of China during the Anti-Japanese War was fruitful and made important contributions to the victory of the War of Resistance against Japan.Shanghai is the economic center of modern China and the important city of Chinese intelligence.Because of the concealment of intelligence work and the lack of archival data, there are great difficulties in related research, and the intelligence work during the War of Resistance against Japan is extremely complicated, and the relevant research foundation is relatively weak.This paper takes the intelligence activities and information contents of the eighth Route Army Office in Shanghai (hereinafter referred to as "the eighth Office of Shanghai") during the Anti-Japanese War period as the research object, through combing and consulting the correspondence files between the eighth Route Army of Shanghai and the CPC Central Committee from 1937 to 1939.Collecting and sorting out the memory articles of the parties involved in various kinds of books and periodicals, compiling and compiling relevant public and internal published materials and memorizing books, and so on, making a preliminary analysis and study on the intelligence work of the "eight offices" in Shanghai during the War of Resistance against Japan.In the first chapter of this paper, the information organization system of the Communist Party of China in Shanghai is analyzed macroscopically, and the establishment, personnel composition, source of funds, office and intelligence location of the "eight offices" intelligence network in Shanghai are discussed in detail.The second chapter, from the angle of intelligence activities, answers the questions of how to collect and transmit the information of Shanghai's "eight offices".The third chapter concretely analyzes the correspondence between the CPC Central Committee and the Shanghai "eight offices", and answers what important information the Shanghai "eight offices" provided to the CPC Central Committee, and what important value these information had at that time.The fourth chapter analyzes the characteristics of Shanghai's "eight offices" intelligence work, highlights the historical contribution of Shanghai's "eight offices" in the Anti-Japanese War period, analyzes and explains the internal reasons for its eventual withdrawal, and summarizes the full text.This paper combs the establishment and intelligence activities of the "eight offices" intelligence network in Shanghai during the War of Resistance against Japan, and through the materials of some cable files published in recent years, in particular, the exchange of messages between the CPC Central Committee and the "eight offices" in Shanghai.This paper tries to make up for the shortcomings of the previous research on the history of the Communist Party of China's intelligence, and emphasizes on the "eight offices" of the electronic document file to demonstrate the great contributions made by the "eight offices" to the Chinese Communist intelligence work, the Chinese War of Resistance against Japan and the Chinese Revolution during this period.This paper hopes to enrich the study of the information history of the Communist Party of China and deepen the research on the history of China's War of Resistance against Japan, the history of the white area of the Communist Party of China, the history of the Chinese revolution, and so on.
