【摘要】：民眾腐敗容忍度的差異,對一個(gè)國家或地區(qū)的反腐敗斗爭具有深刻影響。這種差異,可以通過民眾對待腐敗的態(tài)度和反對腐敗的行動(dòng)兩個(gè)方面來衡量。世界價(jià)值觀調(diào)查的相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù),為測量不同國家和地區(qū)民眾對待腐敗的態(tài)度和反對腐敗的行動(dòng)提供了實(shí)證支持。世界價(jià)值觀調(diào)查的數(shù)據(jù)與透明國際的全球清廉指數(shù)的相關(guān)性分析顯示,民眾對待腐敗的態(tài)度和反對腐敗的行動(dòng)分別與腐敗現(xiàn)象存在不同程度的相關(guān)度,其中民眾對待腐敗的態(tài)度與腐敗嚴(yán)重程度弱相關(guān),民眾反對腐敗的行動(dòng)與腐敗嚴(yán)重程度強(qiáng)相關(guān)。對民眾腐敗容忍度的實(shí)證研究表明,降低民眾的腐敗容忍度是有效治理腐敗的基本條件,而激發(fā)民眾積極采取反對腐敗的行動(dòng)更是有效治理腐敗的關(guān)鍵要素。
[Abstract]:Public corruption difference tolerance, has a profound influence on a country or region's anti-corruption struggle. This difference, two aspects can be through public attitudes towards corruption and anti-corruption action. To measure the relevant data of the world values survey, providing empirical support for the measurement of people from different countries and regions towards corruption attitude and action against corruption. Correlation analysis of the world values survey data and Transparency International's global corruption perceptions index shows that people's attitudes towards corruption and anti-corruption action respectively and corruption related to different degree, including public attitudes towards corruption, corruption and the severity of weak correlation, people against corruption with the severity of corruption. That strong empirical research on public corruption tolerance, reduce public corruption tolerance is effective to control corruption based In this case, it is the key factor to effectively control corruption by stimulating people to actively take action against corruption.
