【摘要】：正在特定的組織單元中,一把手的角色身份具有一定的特殊性,這種特殊性決定了一把手應(yīng)該成為單位的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)核心。從素質(zhì)基礎(chǔ)看,一把手是經(jīng)過組織考察、遴選并委以重任的領(lǐng)軍人物,其政治素質(zhì)、駕馭能力、學(xué)識水平、人格形象以及精神風(fēng)貌,多屬班子中的佼佼者,雖不是鶴立雞群,但也應(yīng)該勝他人一籌。從地位作用看,一
[Abstract]:In a particular organizational unit, the role identity of the first leader has a certain particularity, which determines that the first leader should become the core of the leadership of the unit. From the perspective of quality, the first leader is inspected by the organization. The political quality, control ability, learning level, personality image and spiritual style of the leaders who are selected and appointed to a heavy task are the best in the team, although they are not superior to others, they should also be superior to others.
