【摘要】：正政治文化和政治生態(tài)問題是黨的政治建設、思想建設的重大理論和實踐問題,是新時代全面從嚴治黨的重要著力點。習近平總書記在黨的十九大報告中鮮明地指出,堅持全面從嚴治黨"必須以黨章為根本遵循,把黨的政治建設擺在首位,思想建黨和制度建黨同向發(fā)力,統(tǒng)籌推進黨的各項建設,抓住‘關鍵少數(shù)’,堅持‘三嚴三實’,堅持民主集中制,嚴肅黨內政治生活,嚴明黨的紀律,強化黨內監(jiān)督,發(fā)展積極健康的黨內政治文化,全面凈化黨內政
