【摘要】：正習(xí)近平總書記在黨的十八屆中央紀(jì)委五次全會上,就做好2015年黨風(fēng)廉政建設(shè)和反腐敗工作提出四個重點(diǎn)要求。其中,首要要求就是強(qiáng)化黨風(fēng)廉政建設(shè)主體責(zé)任。能否緊緊抓住落實(shí)黨風(fēng)廉政建設(shè)主體責(zé)任,以上率下,層層傳導(dǎo)壓力,是黨風(fēng)廉政建設(shè)和反腐敗斗爭成敗的關(guān)鍵。"動員干遍,不如問責(zé)一次。"沒有問責(zé),責(zé)任就落實(shí)不下去。十八屆中央紀(jì)委五次全會在部署今年工作時就明確指出:"今年開始,尤其要突出問責(zé)。"既要堅持"一案雙查",嚴(yán)格事后問責(zé),又要擴(kuò)大巡視范圍,并探索專項(xiàng)巡視,注重事前事中問責(zé)。如此通過對
