【摘要】：新世紀新階段,我國社會正處于發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略機遇期,"兩新"組織為基層黨建工作開辟了新的領域,也給基層黨建帶來新的挑戰(zhàn)和壓力。相關調(diào)研表明,當前,"兩新"組織中的基層黨建在融入企業(yè)治理體系中還存在著覆蓋面有待進一步拓展、定位功能有待進一步厘定、組織活力有待進一步提升等問題。充分發(fā)揮"兩新"組織基層黨建參與企業(yè)治理的積極作用,就要注重以思想建設為基礎引領企業(yè)治理發(fā)展方向、以組織建設為載體搭建企業(yè)治理聯(lián)動平臺、以制度建設為重點推進企業(yè)治理結構創(chuàng)新、以隊伍建設為抓手提升企業(yè)治理效能。
[Abstract]:In the new century and new stage, our society is in the strategic opportunity period of development. The "two new" organizations have opened up new fields for the party building at the grass-roots level, and have also brought new challenges and pressures to the party building at the grass-roots level. At present, the grass-roots party building in the "two new" organizations still has the coverage to be further expanded and the orientation function to be further determined in the process of integration into the corporate governance system. Organizational vitality needs to be further improved. To give full play to the active role of the Party building at the grass-roots level of the "two new" organizations in participating in corporate governance, it is necessary to focus on guiding the development direction of corporate governance on the basis of ideological construction. Taking the organization construction as the carrier to build the enterprise governance linkage platform, to the system construction as the emphases promotes the enterprise governance structure innovation, takes the troop construction as the grasp to enhance the enterprise governance efficiency.
