【摘要】：馬克思恩格斯雖然沒有提出黨的制度建設(shè)的概念,但卻有很多關(guān)于黨的制度建設(shè)的思想和實踐。如提出馬克思主義政黨的制度建設(shè)必須以堅持無產(chǎn)階級政黨的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)為前提,初創(chuàng)了馬克思主義政黨的黨員管理制度和干部選拔制度,倡導(dǎo)建立和健全黨的監(jiān)督制度、黨內(nèi)生活制度,反對個人崇拜等,為推進馬克思主義政黨建設(shè)提供了寶貴財富。
[Abstract]:Although Marx and Engels did not put forward the concept of the party's system building, there are many ideas and practices concerning the party's system building. For example, it is pointed out that the system construction of the Marxist political party must be based on the leadership of the proletarian party. It has established the party members management system and cadre selection system of Marxist political parties, advocated the establishment and improvement of the party's supervision system, the inner-party life system and the opposition to personality cult, which has provided valuable wealth for promoting the construction of Marxist political parties.
